Tetiana directs and oversees the strategic planning and execution of all finance activities at PCMI, including the preparation of current financial reports, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts. She studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals and objectives.
Career
She brings over a decade of finance experience to her role, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Envoy Global, a leading immigration services provider. She began as Senior Accounting Manager, swiftly advanced to Financial Controller, and ultimately assumed the CFO position. During her tenure, Envoy’s workforce expanded significantly from 133 employees in April 2020 to 341 by July 2022, driving substantial company growth.
Education
Tetiana graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy with a Master of Science in Finance and has completed her MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
