I’m grateful for my wife, our team who has made this all happen, and the customers who trusted PCMI in our early years. I’m trying every day to build an organization they can all be proud of.
Role at PCMI
Mark is a distinguished leader in the Extended Warranty and F&I Product industry, recognized for his groundbreaking work in developing software systems that streamline administration processes for providers. With over 30 years of industry experience, he has dedicated his career to creating cutting-edge platforms that streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. His deep expertise encompasses all aspects of service contract programs, including sales, policy and claim administration, risk management, and offshore reinsurance.
Under Mark’s visionary leadership, PCMI has transformed from a small startup in 2012, to a global powerhouse with over 200+ team members across the U.S., Poland, and Thailand. He combines a profound understanding of technology with a relentless focus on customer needs, ensuring PCMI’s solutions consistently deliver exceptional value and drive client success.
Inspired by Zig Ziglar’s philosophy, “You can get everything in life you want, if you will just help enough people get what they want,” Mark’s guiding principle reflects his dedication to empowering both his team and clients.
Career
He began his career in advanced consulting practices at Arthur Young & Company (Ernst & Young), where he first worked with a major client serving as the insurer for American Warranty Corp., a pioneering F&I administrator. Through these experiences, Mark gained deep insights into the industry while collaborating with numerous large third-party administrators.
Recognizing a significant opportunity to automate and streamline TPA administration processes, Mark founded his first software company, NAT Inc., at the age of 23. Under his leadership, NAT developed the SCS Auto platform, which was later acquired by Dealertrack. Mark continued to lead the NAT division of aftermarket services as President before founding PCMI and introducing his new and improved, Policy Claim and Reporting Solutions™ (PCRS) administration platform to the market.
Education
Mark holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
