Transitioning from Sr. Project Manager, Louis will continue to develop new strategies for customer retention and drive product adoption, further enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

PCMI (Policy Claim Management International), a leading provider of administration software for the automotive and extended warranty markets, is pleased to announce the promotion of Louis Liapis to Director of Customer Experience. Previously Sr. Project Manager, Louis will now lead efforts to optimize customer relationships and drive greater value through PCMI’s software solutions.

In his new role, Louis will focus on improving key customer success outcomes, such as customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention rates, while managing customer account teams and support services. With his extensive experience in Enterprise-class SaaS deployments, Louis is tasked with ensuring that clients maximize the benefits of PCMI’s offerings, leading to sustained business growth for both the company and its customers.

Louis will work closely with internal departments, including finance, sales, and product management, to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. He will also spearhead efforts to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening PCMI’s client partnerships and expanding the use of new product capabilities.
