Transitioning from Head of Project Management, Patrick will continue to drive innovation and elevate PCMI’s professional services
PCMI (Policy Claim Management International), a leading provider of administration software for automotive and consumer extended warranty and service contract markets, is excited to announce a leadership change within project management. Patrick Yates was promoted from Head of Project Management to Director of Professional Services.
Patrick will now oversee the strategic direction and management of a world-class professional services department, continually enhancing delivery practices. The role encompasses a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at achieving on-time, on-budget delivery of implementations for all PCMI products from project inception to completion.
Patrick will manage a range of critical functions aimed at optimizing service delivery and maximizing client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include operational excellence, revenue management, developing strategic partnerships, customer onboarding, and sales support.
Joining the team back in 2023, Patrick has made a significant impact on the project management and professional services teams in just a short period of time. Because of his extensive experience managing similar teams throughout his career, Patrick was a natural choice for this role.
